Not receiving emails from agileSpecs

If you or some of your team members are not receiving emails from agileSpecs,
try the following:

  • Check your spam/junk folder to see if our emails were diverted there by your email client. If you're using Gmail, also check your Promotions and Social tabs.
  • Double-check your email address. Make sure the address is spelled correctly. If you need to make a change, you can update your email address in your account settings.
  • Try resending the email by logging in and clicking the resend confirmation link.
  • If you have multiple email addresses, try associating a different email address with your agileSpecs account.

All emails from the agileSpecs application will have a From header with one of the following email addresses:


You might consider adding these email addresses to your address book and/or asking your network administrator to whitelist these email addresses.
