Assign Tickets to a User

Assignees clarify who is working on specific tickets in your project.

After you have added team members to your project:

  1. Go in the „Tickets“ area.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the ticket you want assigned to someone.
  3. In the right corner, click the arrow under „Assign“.
  4. Select an Assignee.
  5. When you're finished, click Save.
