Manage Labels

Labels will help you organize your tickets by categorizing them. You can define your own labels. The permission to create and edit labels is restricted to the project owner and admins.

Create a new label

  • Go in the 'Settings' area under 'Tickets' and click on 'Labels'
  • Click on 'Add Label' to create a new label

  • Enter a label name 
  • Click on the color field to set the color
  • Click on 'Save'


Delete a label

Click on the trash icon next to the label you want to delete.

Note: This will remove this label from all tickets!
